Sia's Infant-o-criticize-alyzer is a project completed by Half Cyborg for Sony Music's award-winning creative pairing of Phil Clandillon and Steve Milbourne to promote the label's artist, Sia, and her awesome new pop album 'We Are Born'.
The challenge was to deliver a web application that could translate a baby's real-time reaction to Sia's latest album into fun-size morsels of poignant music journalism, recording the infant-o-wisdom for posterity's sake and sharing it amongst the proud parent's friends and family on Facebook.
From coming up with the information and technical architectures, developing the application using cutting edge detection methods, managing the multiple server environments and performing final-round testing and deployment, we took on the entire product life-cycle for Sony Music, and dare we say, all the vicissitudes that come when success is determined by the rapier wit of a two year old.
